Roisin Carlin - Voice and Piano

Roisin (Rosh) Carlin is a singer and pianist who performs regularly across Liverpool. You will usually find her performing in an acoustic duo where she sings alongside a guitarist. She has been singing and playing piano from the age of 7 and achieved her Grade 8 in piano age 18 and has been teaching ever since. She also holds a degree in Music from the University of Ulster and a PGCE in Music from Liverpool Hope University.

Roisin performed on the 2013 Voice of Ireland where she successfully placed in the top 16 of the live shows, she toured with an Irish dance show, Take The Floor, as their lead singer and has performed in arenas alongside Flash Harry, a Queen tribute band and Rumours of Fleetwood Mac.

Roisin is also a musical theatre performer who has landed lead roles in musicals such as Rent, Flashdance and Be More Chill. She is currently a member of What We Did Next theatre group in Liverpool.

As well as her professional music career, Roisin is also a qualified Irish dance teacher and a secondary school music teacher. She has been a competitive dancer since the age of 4 and has competed in many championship competitions across the world. Her biggest achievement was qualifying for the World Irish dance championships.
